I've been taking a class over at the Animation Collaborative in Emeryville, and it's been really instructive in a lot of ways. This is a not-quite finished piece from the project we've been working on, based on aspects of Robinson Crusoe. I'll keep working on it, still feel like the ice isn't icy enough.
keep going! it's looking good! as for not feeling icy enough, it feels like it's missing that glisten ice has when light touches it. Maybe take a look at legend of korra art as an example, at how they approached the ice.
